Peter was born and raised in Pennsylvania. After a stint in the Air Force, he moved to Oklahoma. He has been married for more than 51 years. He and his wife have three adult children and eight grandchildren.
Peter enjoys spending time with his family and traveling with his wife. He is also fond of trout fishing.
